By accessing or using DispatchPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

DispatchPro is a cloud-based transportation management system (TMS) that provides tools for load management, driver management, document storage, invoicing, and fleet operations for trucking carriers.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during signup.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

• You may use DispatchPro only for lawful trucking and dispatch operations.
• You may not use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform.

AI Features

AI-powered features (including document automation) produce outputs that may require human review. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before operational use. DispatchPro is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

Billing & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
• Annual plans are priced as 10× the monthly rate (2 months free).
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Data & Privacy

Your use of DispatchPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request data deletion.

Limitation of Liability

DispatchPro is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
